Banksy Caught in the Act?

This article from the BBC shows a picture taken by a passer-by of a graffiti artist who many believe to be  the infamous Banksy.

I’m rather saddened by the fact that someone would take a photograph if they actually saw Banksy at work. If I ever saw him in action, I would probably want to go and hug him. If I could make the world be what I wanted it to be, the average Joe and Josephine would protect the anonymity that helps makes Banksy so effective.

Although, it is more difficult now that he is so well-known and has celebrities buying his work. I’m not sure what to think of that. Is he just milking them as the cash-cows they are? Are they buying it because it is worth something monetarily or worth something in its social relevance? Is Banksy becoming irrelevant in his allowing his works to be bought and sold?
